KISS, in conjunction with Concert Live, planned on issuing 14 "Concert Live" recordings during the "Alive/35 Worldwide" tour. As was the case with the 2004 "Instant Live" shows, the CDs were available for pick-up following the show, or via mail. The CDs were burned on specially pre-printed media and housed in a digipak. Samples above from the Helsinki show. These "Concert Live" CDs were issued from the following shows:

CD sets were issued in double-CD digipak format using pre-printed CD media. Covers had stickers used for the venue. The German packaging differs with the logo being changed.
